Flashback : Legalize of Documents in Jakarta

As I tell in my post before, after i resigned from PT Mitrais, i have to legalized all document in TETO and create a Visa.
TETO (Taiwan Economic And Trade Office) is two-way trade between Indonesia and Taiwan or we can say a consulate of Taiwan in Indonesia due to Indonesia does not confess Taiwan as a country.
It is not easy legalize document in TETO, because before that we must legalize all documents in Notaris,Dephumkam and Deplu. Having said that, don’t worry there are some tips how to legalize all document easy and quickly.

What are the documents have to be prepared?
After I create a passpor, i have to prepare All documents as soon as possible, because the condition is not fortunately.
I got information from NTUST in last December and just receipted a admission letter via post agent in middle of January. I need the admission letter from NTUST to legalize in TETO, so i just have a month remain. As you know, in January and February has some collective holidays, so i have a more narrow time to do all.
The documents consist of :

1. Diploma
2. Transcript
3. Insurance of Health and Accident

There are the steps have to do :

1. You have to have a passpor.
2. Legalize Diploma and Transcript in your University.
   Tips : Bid a Specimen Signature who legalize Diploma and Transcript. Why, because it is to ensure the Dephamkam that the legalize is legal or you have to legalize Diploma and Transcript in Notaris.
3. Enroll yourself on Insurance of Health and Accident.
   Tips : Get Insurance of Health and Accident in one document, so you just legalize one document.
4. Bring all documents to Dephamkam, it need 2-3 days to legalize.
5. Next, Bring all documents to Deplu, it need 2-3 days to legalize.
   Tips : If you use “Calo”, you can legalize all documents in Dephamkam and Deplu on 1 day.
6. Next, Bring all documents to TETO, it need 5 days to legalize.
   Tips : You can take express service, it just need 2 days.
7. Finally, you can create a Visa after all documents have been legalized. it just need 3 days.

The information above is just a generic. There is another requirement in each step.
